Quinoa: Take one cup of quinoa and rinse. To it add 1 3/4 cup of water and soak for 30 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes keeping it covered. No overnight soaking required. Pumpkin Seeds: You can consume By Nature pumpkin seeds either raw or roasted. Or, you can toss the pumpkin seeds to your salad for extra crunch or simply add it to your cereals.
