Spinach Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 bunch of Spinach + 1 Avocado + 1 scoop of ByNature Chocolate protein powder + 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1tbsp date syrup + 1 cup of almond milk + chia seeds (optional)

Recipe

  1. Wash and roughly chop spinach directly into the blender.
  2. Cut and add avocado into the mix.
  3. Add a scoop of ByNature Chocolate protein powder
  4. Mix a tablespoon of flax seeds and a tablespoon of date syrup
  5. Now add a cup of almond milk or any other non-fat milk of your choice.
  6. Now blend-blend-blend till it forms a smooth consistent smoothie. You can dress it up with a few chia seeds if you want.
