STAGGERING EATING HABITS
Intrigued by the contrasting eating habits of the Indians and other people abroad, we explored and observed lifestyle mannerisms of the people. We were quite appalled upon concluding that even after having wholesome food (with cream, butter), Indians suffer from lifestyle diseases due to overconsumption.
DEMAND VS SUPPLY GAP
An extensive Pan-India travel to meet the farmers and consumers revealed that farmers wanted to grow something different, something that could fetch them good income and the consumers were growing health-conscious. Even after the willingness of both the parties, there was a gap as the products were not available on the shelves.
THE AIR OF AWARENESS
By this time, we decided to educate the farmers about cultivating healthier crops, and maintaining them with the right manure and storage processes.

After being a technologist with Infosys, Accenture & RCOM, realized the potential of eCommerce business and created a eComm site for natural & organic products. Now realizing the opportunity with health food and healthy snack industry, he founded By Nature.
Anand did his B. Tech from IIT BHU and MBA from ISB, Hyderabad
Himanshu Agarwal
Founder and COO
Being a traditional retail expert, Himanshu started the eCommerce business for natural & organic products. Realizing the potential of health food industry, founded By Nature and brought the concept of to life.
Himanshu did his MBA from KJ Somaiya Management School.
Abhinav Kitroo

After starting as software developer, Abhinav changed tracks midway and entered the online retail business. Fast-forward 2 years, he now handles the entire online aspect of By Nature and is one of the staunchest believers in its ideology of 'getting more out of life'.
Abhinav did his graduation from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
