HOW TO USE
Soak 1.5 tbsp of chia seeds (20 gms) in 2 cups of water for a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes. Add soaked chia seeds to lemonades, juices, smoothies, and pudding. Soaked chia seeds can be added to gravies and soups to thicken them. You can also add them to cakes, oatmeal, and yogurt. Soak in water for 30 mins and eat as is for breakfast or snacks.
