HOW TO USE
Rolled Oats: Take the required quantity of ByNature Rolled Oats in sufficient amounts in a saucepan. Add adequate water or milk. Cook until it becomes thick and soft. Season it and add toppings of your choice. Chia Seeds: Soak 1.5 tbsp of chia seeds (20 gms) in 2 cups of water for a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes. Add soaked chia seeds to lemonades, juices, smoothies, and pudding.
