Oatmeal is made from Rolled Oats, which comes from oat grains. Oatmeal is most commonly consumed as a cooked cereal.
Oatmeal prepared from Rolled Oats has a fuller nuttier feel which is liked by children and adults alike. The high fibre content of Rolled Oats make it one of the most nutritious and filling breakfast choices. Add some fruits and dry fruits when serving to the chidren.

INGREDIENTS
Rolled oats
50 g
Milk
125 ml
Honey
10 ml
Chia Seeds
1 tbsp
Peanut butter
2 tbsp
Cut mangos (or other fruits)
100 g
DIRECTIONS

Soak the oats and chia seeds in milk and refrigerate overnight.

The oats and Chia seeds will absorb the milk and swell up.

Before serving, add honey and peanut butter to the soaked oats.

Seeve the mix in a bowl.

Use the fruits to make interesting shapes/patterns on the mix.

Serve cold.
