A pancake (or hotcake, flapjack or crêpe) is a flat cake, generally thin and round, prepared from a startch based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface often frying with oil or butter. Evidence suggests that pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies.
Pancakes are very popular among children as any-time food.
Our Rolled Oats pancakes makes this popular food a very healthy choice.
